What the heck is The Walls test #4

All it says....whether or not I block with PG, FW etc.

" A task has been scheduled at" and has the next minute.

I never see lights flashing when I try it....so what does it mean?

WB#4 is application launcher. It creates .bat file with something like
'start http://www.microsoft.com' and adds it as scheduled task. So the
relationship between WB and application making connection to 'www.microsoft.com' is hard to detect.
