computer crashes when using schedule

hi,

lately my PC always crashes when a scheduled task is executed. When i start that schedule manually, everything is ok. When i do everything manually, it is ok also. Whats wrong?
i have win xp pro - P4 2.5Ghz - 512DDR333 - Radeon 9800Pro128

Thank you for your interest in Acronis software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/).

Could you please do the following:
1. Press the Start button, choose Run, type "drwtsn32" and press Enter.
2. In the dialog that appears check the Log File and Crash Dump paths, then press the OK button.
3. Wait when your PC will crash again.
4. Pick up the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log files in the directory specified at step 2 and send them to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. It will allow us to investigate the problem.
