You are encountering the one annoying problem with using the MS Cryptography API - certain machines just don't seem to get along with it.

I cannot point to any particular factor on these machines, and I've only had 5 users (including you) who have experienced this issue.

Unfortunately, this means that the current version of Browser Hijack Blaster will not work on that machine. I have been working on a potential fix (i.e. using a different cryptography method) but it isn't ready yet.

My apologies, but please keep watching for Browser Hijack Blaster v2. :)
