What is this error........?

Hey guys;

I checked for spywares in "safe mode". I also checked for Registry using "Registry Mechanic 4.0" and "System Mechanic". When I restarted the computer this error showed up:

"The instruction at "0x01cc2ccd" referenced memory at "0x0000001d". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program"

Also, I couldn't open "Kaspersky antivirus" which I uninstalled now. I also can't seem to install "Zone Alarm pro" Nothing hppens after I click on setup.


What do you think is the problem guys? How to fix it?
