''GEAR Software'' - Do you know anything about?

I've it without my permission, in my Registry. I tried to search in Internet about, but i can't understand so good English, especially about Computer's terms.

According the name ''GEARSecurity'', I think that is somethin' about security.
I don't know how to proceed. I tried to delete it with the ''HijackThis'', but i could not.

Any suggestions?

Do you have a copy of DVDXCOPY? I think gear has other uses but I'm sure it's part of DVDXCOPY.
