Refers to the latest version of AdAware FP'ing on both Naviscope and WebWasher - you'll need to "Exclude" those in AA to keep those programs functioning, perhaps.

I can't get to GRC's html forums for some reason, so look for the thread entitled "AdAware 6.0 Kills Naviscope (Proxy)"

Just a heads-up for those that use the affected programs. Pete

*Note: This may also have been related to a recent occurrence of some confusion regarding SpyBlocker 6.0/AA (since MarketScore was the culprit there, too).

Well, well. Ad-Aware doesn't seem to be catching much of anything for numerous people, including me, so it's nice to know that it at least detects something.
I uninstalled it as it was taking up valuable real estate on my machine.
I'll just have to trust SpyBot S&D I guess.
It's sad. :'( What happened to Ad-Aware???

Curiosity??? I didn't think Naviscope was a supported program for the last couple years. Have they resumed support? I use Ad-Aware and Spybot both myself.

Nope, Naviscope no longer supported (but somebody sure does keep it available for d/l....). Pete
