Hi,
Just in order to supplement this thread about Buffer Overflow:
http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=68353
There is a few softs which protects against Buffer Overfow and threats using these attacks like worms.
If they can increase the line defense, the question could be: are they really necessary?
All these softs work on Windows and in a single computer.
*Overflow Guard (29$) : http://www.datasecuritysoftware.com/index.html
*Stack Defender (49E): http://www.ngsec.com/ngproducts/stackdefender/
*Buffer Shield (free and paid):
