Spybot S&D

I ran Spybot S&D and was able to fix all the problems except the one below.
This is the message it gave me.


Activity: Sti_Trace.log (Backup file, fixing failed)
C:\WINDOWS\Sti_Trace.log

Can Someone please tell me what that is and does.
And why can't I get rid of it.
