Missing DLL

I have downloaded spywareblaster twice and each time I try to install it says it's missing the MSVBVM60.DLL file.. ???
Is it just me or am I doing something wrong?? :-[ I am running win98se if that makes a difference... HELP ME PLEASE

I don't have a link for you at the moment, but I believe you need to download and install Visual Basic Runtime 6.0 from microsoft to allow the progam to function.

Edit: I'm currently looking for a FAQ, or something of that sort to tell me if VB 6.0 Runtime is required.
