Kerio Firewall

Does Kerio 2.1.5 come with any pre defined rules that I can use while getting to now the program. Or does it need to be set up from scratch. After reading all the good things about this firewall I'm thinking of using it. I'm just worried that I might not set it up correctly and end up with less protection (than say ZA would give) and not know it.
