Update problems / 25000+ Primaries! / 50000+ Refs!

There is a new update from Gavin to-day and yet after uddating my system is shwing this 49683 references-24851 primaries and 12193 variant. ???

I had problems also and have the same refs as Pilli. Update told me I was up to date - I manually updated and do not have the figures in the update section here ???

Hi Alan,

Your definitions are exactly showing what Antarctica, Robyn and me are saying:
It are the definitions of yesterday (16-March-2005).

Please remember that the following line doesn't tell anything:
<Databases updated 17-03-2005
The only thing that it tells you, is that you yourself updated your definitions on 17-March-2005.
It does NOT tell you of which date those defs are !

Please have a look at Gavin's posting of today, and at the number of definitions at the TDS-site and private forum.
You will see that only that posting from Gavin is showing newer definitions.
I think that at the moment the new definitions are not uploaded at the servers ;)

Detection is there included for nasties still to be written.

Of course Gavin, our systems kept cleaner by the day. We do know in fact these are at least 50000000000+ references covering detection for many more suspicious written and still unwritten malwares which stand no chances at all.
I do hope you are very happy with them yourself as well.
