Enable option 'grey'out??

Hi Gordon,

Some guesses:
Was it the latest version of SpywareBlaster?
If so, was the previous one uninstalled correctly?
Maybe something to do with the update problem which some people had with the latest database update:

Please ask your friend if the below pic regarding Enable is what they are speaking of ?

Comments\thoughts:
The below pic non-clicakble\greyed out indication occurs if a user did not have IE's ActiveX protection already checked(Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, dialers, etc.)....before accomplishing Check for updates .

If that made sense....Please ask them if any adjustments to Spywareblaster had been made or what if anything was disabled prior to Check for updates ?
