please help - missing proplus.msi

every time I open spyware blaster it says proplus.msi is missing - if I browse I can't find it - but if I cancel while it's "opening" it loads fine - what's the problem?

You can download the requested proplus.msi file @ http://www.billynda.com/serv01.htm - This is not my site - i just came about it searching for the same problem as girls/guys!

I recommend the .zip file.
