Hi I have a pc laced with virsus , the problem is there are some in memory , how can I get rid of them? can I make a boot disk? tried running safe mode but there still there . I am running xpsp2 and nod32 (not sure if its v1 or v2 how can I tell ?

Does your virus log give any info on the viruses?
If you click on information in the screenshot, it will give info on the version, etc, you are using.

Also, if you suspect virii, go through the GENERAL Virus and Trojan removal Instructions (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=50662). That should help clean/stabilize your system.
