View Full Version : How does one create their own GHST file?

The subject is the question.
I have not been able to figure out the format for properly creating my own GHST file. I understand it is a text file with the .ghst extension, but the file format is not one I can figure out.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

You create .ghst files from within RD by adding a new group to the Registry Groups. Once the new group is created, you can populate it with registry items/rules as well as application permissions.

Nick, thank you for the quick response. That makes sense, I was hoping for a way to create one with a word processor/text editor but could not figure out the record/line delimiters. I wanted to do it this way so I can do a compare and remove the redundant entries. Oh well it looks like I have a bit of work ahead of me. ;)
