Anyone know of an email program that has a filter which allows user to auto-trash/reject/bounce-back emails by searching for keywords that user has chosen? i.e. mortgage, human anatomy parts, rates, etc.

Poco has some pretty decent filtering.
Has a trial version here:

I really like it and have been using it for over a year.

I don't agree your point of vieuw, when just one outstanding program is making troubles in your opinion all other outstanding programs will be rubbish too.
