Sygate Pro hangs on shutdown

Windows 2000 SP3 and when i try to shutdown it takes anywhere from 45 to 60 seconds
I disabled as many processes as i could incase there was some conflict but it still would hang
Has anyone else experienced this with Sygate Pro version?
Is there some setting in Sygate that could be causing this problem?
I've never had this problem on other firewalls and would be really grateful if someone could shed some light on this

I don't know about Sygate Pro.I had a CPU usage issue with the latest free SPF.I didn't notice any shutdown hangs though.Have you been to the Sygate forum?If you go to www.sygate.com there is a forum for every program.The path is:Service&Support>Sygate Personal Firewall>Sygate products Forum>Support Forum.There is a FAQ section and there is the support forum where you can register and post.
