spybot host?

Has anyone had spybot "find" spyware in their host file? Spybot found 20 entries tonight. I know this isn't spyware but it never happened before. what changed?

Spybot S&D does flag several entries from HpGuru Host file, you can safely ignore them. Ad-aware SE also tends to flag some entries. Just double check that the redirects point to 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0 (which ever method you utilize) ... and they aren't for safe sites (ie. They aren't malware entries, that would re-direct you away from obtaining help from a security forum etc.)
