***How to make a post with a polite sentence" like Best Regards" at the end of each one? (not a signature);

***How to quote?

I'm apologize but my knowledge is Network oriented and i'm not familiar at all with forum's tweaks and tips.

Not sure about this one unless you use a macro program or a program like http://www.suretype.com/.
