Submit a file configuration?

Hi,

I'd like to know how should I configure TDS-3, so I can be able to submit a file? The last time I have tried to submit a file that TDS-3 found, I receive a message to configure the email??? So, I did go on "Configuration", under tab "server" but than what is supposed to appear in this screen, what is suppose to be the configuration?
