real-time antispyware...too?

I have antivirus, firewall, linksys router, and now Process Guard (which I really like). Should I be running a real-time antispyware thing like Adwatch or MSAS in addition to these?

I already use all the freebie scanners as well as SBS&D's immunize, SpywareBlaster, Firefox, etc.

I'm just wondering what other real-time protection you recommend in addition to AV, FW, and PG.
