Please uninstall your current RegDefend version before installing this one, and make sure you reboot. You cannot install over the top of an existing installation.
Download the latest version at the URL above. Registered users information will be remembered, so you won't need to re-enter them. Any existing v1.000 trial users will get a new 14 day free trial.
What is RegDefend?
RegDefend is a kernel based registry protection system, designed to use as few resources as possible. Instead of polling the registry looking for changes, RegDefend intercepts the changes before they occur. RegDefend comes installed to protect registry autostarts and some special registry keys, custom rules can also be added.
Changes in the latest version :-
[v1.050]
-Installer will now alert that you aren't running a correct version of Windows if you try to install on Windows 95/98/ME

-Fixed listview headers from drawing onto the next header column [thanks Nick and BlueZannetti]
-Fixed bug which didn't allow you to add registry values from the same key to the same registry group
-Fixed bug which caused registry group corruption when deleting a registry value with the same keyname
-Redesigned GUI to be more efficient [thanks hojtsy]
-Fixed a bug when "Remember this option always" was ticked that RegDefend did not remember the action
-Now display the registry group the registry item belonged to on the Ask User dialog
