Hi,

I'd like to know if I still need ScriptDefender to protect my system against script or does am I well protected against bad script with NOD32???

Thank you,

No scanner is 100%, so you're best off keeping it as a part of a layered security defense. It's always a good idea to have some generic protection that doesn't rely on signatures.

Thanks Notok,

But does NOD32 protect against script? I don't see anywhere in the configuration about protecting against script?

No, NOD32 is an antivirus scanner only, not a security suite. You can, however, assemble you own suite of tools (including a lot of freeware) that will ultimately give you better protection than any all-in-one package available :)

Thank you very much Notok, finally I think I am well protected with Wormguard and RegRun, so I think that I don't need any other specific program to protect my system against malicious script, ain't I?

Thanks,

Nah, I use those too, they work very well.
