TrojanHunter Guard False Positive?

I have Trojan Hunter installed for some time now but, today when I did a HiJackThis check and Notepad came up, I got a warning from Trojan Hunter Guard there was a trojan installed called "Test.200". Not knowing what that was all about, I had TH Guard clean it. I noticed everytime I had Notepad this same warnig would come up. This has never happened anytime before that I ran a HiJackThis log. Can I be sure this is just a false positive and how can I go into Trojan Hunter and fix this so it won't do this everytime Notepad is run?

Be sure to have Trojan Hunter updated with the latest ruleset.

Thanks, claire...that seemed to fix the problem. I thought I just updated their definitions about Monday or Tuesday-guess they have them more often that I thought. Thanks again!
