If you start a *.jar file there's no warning for running it, at least on my system.
all enabled except physical memory. running 3.100 full version.

Hi ovikspojken, As far as I know .jar files are not executables as such but a container such as a .zip file which when clicked can self extract to a specified folder.
Although I did find this: linkhttp://csdl.ics.hawaii.edu/~johnson/613f99/modules/04/jar-files.html & This http://www.javaworld.com/javaworld/javatips/jw-javatip120.html

This is a similar issue to the RunDLL situation (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=59185) - giving javaw.exe permission to execute will cover all Java applets (.jar files) so having the option to specify "Allow with these parameters" for javaw.exe would be needed to grant permission on a per-applet basis.
