Broadcom 5xxx Gig NIC slow or corrupted images!

We are a HP reseller and have the following problems!

- HP DC5000 with 5xxx Gig NIC. image create SUccesfull (local) Image restore OK (local)

Image copy to share on other system? Image restore from share --> Corrupt or not authentic????? even with old boot disk version 7. So its in the nic.

With a XW4200 we have the problem that image creation en restoration over the network is slow like ****. This is a driver problem. Please assist or restore.
