Acronis Support

Hello wallis,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image Server (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATIS/).

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

Please let us know whether you use USB or PS/2 mouse. If it is USB model please try to change "USB Legacy Support" setting in BIOS and see whether the problem persists. Also please check whether you may perform the operations using only keyboard or the software hangs completely.

Please let us know whether the "aspi=off noapic" workaround helps (please see http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317).

Thank you.
