Port reference update?

I got an tip from tds about some port reference and that the latest was available from - http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/portref.txt , it also said it would be updating this every few weeks.

Am i supposed to download this and put it somewhere in my tds3 directory?

Just save it to your \tds3 directory, wherever it is, and overwrite the existing file.
