It seems like it is a very basic version of Regrun.

it aint a antitrojan, it is a registry controller but I wouldn't rely on that. and especially not for beginners. you gotta know which processes can be run and to know all the processes there are...:)

it is a tool, a monitor...nothing more

yes, correct but there are much better tools for it, some of them are mentionned few days back
