InoculateIT 6.085 and Windows Server 2003 problem

I have installed InoculateIT 6 on a Windows 2003 server that will be a redistribution server as well. When I attempt to download the signatures, the log will report that it completed successfully, however nothing was downloaded. There is a notification in the log that states 'can't determine local OS'. Has anyone seen this before?

I have the same problem on my Win2003Std server. Can't figure it out.
