latest version & execution protection

After trialling TDS-3 for a week I have purchased the program and have just installed the license file.
Two questions: According to the email I received the latest version is 3.2.1 but the file I downloaded shows up as 3.2 (once you start the prog in the dos screen). How do I update to the last version?
Also, as a registered user I can now enable execution protection. I did so using the console and according to the "dos screen" it says exec protection installed. I do not see any icon or similar in the taskbar. What happens when I close TDS3? Do I need to start TDS manually when running my pc to have this exec protection running?

It is an internal error - mine is the same:
06:52:39 [Init] Trojan Defence Suite v3.2.0 - Registered to.
Sometimes you can see the proper version no in Add / Remove programs.

Execution Protection only runs when TDS3 is running either as a systray item or with the GUI showing. This uses very low resources when running as EP is just a hook which inspects each file that is executed for Trojanic behaviour.
