Application filtering option is grey

This problem happened twice (the first time I solved it installing the software again): when I shut the Pc down there was a message saying LnS must be terminated.
After rebooting the application filtering option was grey and not checked ... I couldn't solve this problem but installing the software again.

Can you help me ? :'(

Hi,

You don't give this detail : are you using the 30 days trial version? If so, it has expired and application filtering is not avalaible anymore (becomes a lite version). If you're registered, it's another problem ;) (found some comparable cases in french forum but don't seem to find a real solution)

Yes, I'm using the trial version ... but it happened after 3 days !
Is this problem solved buying the registered version ?

Yes, the behaviour in trial and registered is the same before it expires... but 3 days is a little to short ;) Maybe another problem underlying...

I also had that happen to me,and it was after afew hours application filtering turned grey,don't know why,but I also could not find any answers why this might happen if it's only been hours,so I uninstalled it every trace,make sure that Soft4ever folder is also gone after you uninstall it,also check your registry and delete any traces of Soft4ever or use one th the new uninstallers,then reinstall it,worked for me and at the 20th day I bought it.

So if you are still having problems,after this I am sure the LnS team can help you.

Thanks a lot.
I did as you said and solved the problem.
I think it is a bug that happens booting the Pc before saving any change in the rule set.

Now it's working correctly.
