with KAV monitor running, when i receive an email infected with a virus, KAV automatically deletes the whole email. i used to be able to hit "show report" and then i could see who the email came from and things like that. i had to reinstall KAV and for the life of me cant get this feature to work anymore. when i receive an email with a virus, the email still gets deleted but i cant find out who sent me the email. clicking on "show report" doesnt show me anything anymore. does anyone have any idea on how to be able to see this info? thanks

To the best of my knowledge.....MAKE sure the Monitor is "Enabled"

in the KAV Control Center....Monitor & Control must be running.

i have never had the control center installed and it used to work before. any other ideas?

Sorry...I'm at a loss...I've always run KAV with full installation...I don't undersand why the Control Center is not functional/installed.
