Having paid for the download as well as the CD for True Image version 8, build 763, why can't I update to build 786? Whenever I try, I get the following:
Access denied. Possible reasons:
User with such e-mail is not registered.
Invalid password.
You have not registered a selected product.
None of these error messages apply! I've tried re-registering, but I get the same response.

Could you say what you mean by that.
Are you sure you have registered Ti8 with you License code [Serial No] which you recive by email, on the Registration of purchased product page:- Registration (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/registration)
