Spyware can ruin your life

I mean ruin your life in terms of separating you with your computer. I didn't realize until my computer was attached by spyware that my computer plays an important role in my life. I couldn't log into the internet or do anything on the computer. Anyway, the point is computers and the internet are a big part of our life - spyware/adware can ruin that relationship, let's fight it.
