Try to find on the web a guide how to make a bootable cd-rom with linux and put a free linux antivirus program on there.
The problem is that at the moment only one antivirus program provides a bootable cd-rom that can scan NTFS drives: AVK 12 pro (http://www.antiviruslab.com). The only other way to scan NTFS drives is to install a special driver to read ntfs drives from MS DOS. A freeware (only read) can be found on http://www.sysinternals.com. A commercial version of such driver (I think this is the only one available that can also write to ntfs drives) can be found on http://www.wininternals.com
