Rogue Process Terminator

has anyone heard of, or tried, Rogue Process Terminator? it sounds fairly basic, but, who knows it may be fairly good?

I don't like that it is another Service, I seem to have problems with the ones I have. It sounds like a host file and simple spyware? Doen't give out too much info, but I always thought SourceForge was a good place.

I would be interested in hearing what anyone has to say, also.
