Multiple users

I've just started using spywareblaster and am impressed with it's efficiency. With other members of my family as users on the same computer I though I'd set it up for them also but every time I look at it signed on as one of them it up it shows as being disabled. I can never seem to get it to stay enabled.

Am I missing something? Is it running anyway as I installed it so I don't need to set it up for other users?
