NOD32 doesn't make automatic updates.

Hi,
some days ago I have installed Nod32 v.2.12.3 antivirus. I like it but
it doesn't make automatic updates.
If I go to "Event Log" I see many connection errors.
If I make updates manually, it is ok.
Why have I that problem?
