When i try to install Symantec antivirus corporate 9 client version in Windows 98 i get the following message " You must have the Root Certificate Update installed. Please install the microsoft Root Certificate Update and reboot before attempting this install" I went to this web page http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/docid/2004030907555348?Open&src=tranus_con_sl
that suggests using windows update and also has a direct link to the file rootsupd.exe, but when i double click on ti nothing happens.
