NOD32 cannot delete infiltration

Well, I was browsing the net yesterday for a while, quite heavily. Today I did run the scan and NOD32 foud some vermin on my disc. That would be not spectacular, actually, but there is something interresting about it.

First, NOD cannot clean the infiltration, not even to delete(!) it.
Second, the location and name of infected file is compelling. You can see it (hopefully) on attached picture.

Does anyone have an idea what is going on? Is that naming just common practice of Java trojans? Thanx in advance.

Clear your browser's cache and also clear your java cache.

Clearing the JRE cache directory:

1. From the Start button, click Settings > Control Panel
2. In the Control Panel, open the "java Plug-in Control Panel"
3. Select the cache Tab
4. Click the clear button inside the cache Tab, which will clear your JRE cache directory

Rescan and see if it is still there. Doubt it. Random names are a part of every malware's game plan it seems. Though I'm pretty sure a unique name was assigned to it when it was put into the Java cache and there was no additionally malicious intent (it would do that with normal files too).
