open notepad

copy this to it and save as whatever.bat to your desktop. Notice the space after ex in runonceex space log

cd\windows

notepad.exe runonceex log.txt

then click on that file located on your desktop.

here is another thing I found on my system...

There seems to be a log file left over after removing Gator with Spybot
located in C:\windows\GatorPdpSetup.log

I have to admit that I don't understand your posting, in particular the first part about that runonceex.

Anyhow, this posting does not belong in the General-forum-section.

was just a simple post for those who would like to see their
runonce log file but didn't know where it was LOL
just creating a quick bat file to look at it.

The posting on the Gator log was just an addition out of the blue to that post.
Sorry is New Years over allready ? ;D
