I have been hearing so many good things about TI but I have a simple quick question. How can I keep working on my computer while it is imaging? For example if it starts imaging and I create a new document or add stuff to the computer will it go back and add that to the image or does the image "lock" your computer at a certain point and take an image of that? Just curious. THanks

Just to clarify, I am refering to adding things to the computer WHILE it is imaging. I understand that after if you do an incremental backup it will add those files, thanks!

Hello Macoland,
Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
We recommend you to read the below article, as it describes how Acronis True Image works under Windows running.

The answer to your question is "No, Acronis True Image doesn't image files and files' changes that were created after the backup procedure has started."
Thank you.
