Do i keep "kernelfaultcheck"?

OK I have a litle problem: I was playing a game and my pc just restarted (without showing the shut down screen, it was like you would press the "reset" button but i dont have one) and when it started up "Spy Sweeper" poped up and i got a message something like: "spy sweeper has detected new programs that will run as soon as windows starts..." and the program is "kernelfaultcheck" i dont know if this is spyware or... So i'm asking for your help, tell me if i need to remove this thing or keep it.
