For the Dutchies and probably also for the Germans:
There is a Dutch magazine called C'T (Dutchies: don't confuse it with ComputerTotaal).
It is the Dutch version of an original German magazine with the same name.
Most articles in the Dutch version are published a month after they are published in the German version (well, at least as far as I know).
In the most recent Dutch issue (januari/februari 2005) I saw an article from Patrick Kolla (SpyBot Search & Destroy) about keyloggers etc.
The article is called "Afluisterverbod", page 120.
