Avatar change?

:P Have tried to change my avatar to a more Christmas one, but the ones I find and try to load have all been to big. Is there any thing I can do to get them to work here?

Again Mod place this thread where it will do the most good.

:) Thank you, I'll will do that it the next day or so. I have to try and remember where I download from. Actually I had one, that was a wild looking Santa, so if you want to put some wild looking Santa's out there, I would say thank you and would use one of them instead.
