TI8 - Build 786

Downloaded TI8 build 786 this morning and went to install it with this result.

TI8 is an upgrade from TI7 and so needed both serial numbers entering this I did and the program began to install right to the point where it stopped with the message "Unfortunately the program cannot continue because an error occurred. Please attempt to run True Image angain later".

Can support please shed light on this please?

Tried a new download to no avail, now I'll email support. Thanks for trying to help.
