SpywareBlaster and MsComctl.ocx

when i tried to run spywareblaster, i got error 339, mscomctl.ocx missing. this is after just reformatting. i did not have the problem when i used the program before reformatting. what do others think about this? i downloaded and installed the file with no problems, but i wonder why i had this problem when i did not have it before.

Most likely, before the reformat another program installed that file (prior to you installing SpywareBlaster).
