Answer to how old are you threads

Recently, and I should imagine previously, threads have been made, asking people for their age. A lot of members either don't want others to know there age or don't want it to be discussed in public. Being asked for their age offends some members.

But are peoples ages not available in peoples profiles if they choose to divulge such infomation.

All I'm saying is that if people want others to know there age, they can put it in their profile.

Or if someone want to know someone elses age, they can look in that persons profile.

Indeed we provide this option - and it's up to the individual member wether or not to put this info up or not.

...provided the member in question opted for revealing this info in his/her profile.

Exactly, if people don't want others to know there age, then they can put it in there profile, if it isn't there people, get the idea.
