Sorry. The link only takes me to the True Image download ??? ???

Once I have logged in the only update I can access is the one for TrueImage. Every Update link brings me back to that. :(

Hello John,

Could you please try to find a dropdown with other Acronis products listed when you are logged in and the update for Acronis True Image is displayed?

Thank you.

Hello Andrew
I have the same problem on the work computer and here at home. I click on your link which takes me to the list of updated programs. I enter my email and password and select Director Suite 9 from the drop down menu and I am taken to the True Image 8 update every time.
Thanks for your help
John

PS I cannot find my DirectorSuite registration serial number. Is it possible for you to send me a new one because it looks as if I have not registered DS. That may be the reason. Thanks
John

Thank you Andrew. Non-registration was the problem. :-[ :-[
